TADA is a lifestyle company sampling body accessories and borders in public space through its ironic take on contemporary consumption. The brand focuses on the exchange between advertisement and the subject’s appropriation of mainstream items. Showcasing the eternal desire of its consumer by creating an environment of self-sabotage where the addiction is shortly satisfied. TADA pushes its products to a physical and conceptual point of collapse, celebrating devoid and fast-phase identity construction through interchangeable and infantile products.
Untitled (baggie) contradicts the original use of a handbag, where this rip-off version gives nothing but new 'bags'. The bag quickly becomes obsolete using a glossy printed transparency pattern on packaging paper. It lays weight on the branded metal chain where it intersects consumption with self-care, referring to the self-sabotaging subject.
